It’s my second pair of this brand.
I am very happy with my purchase.

The wrong shoes were sent. I ordered the black patent leather and instead got
black suede The picture shows the patent leather

I first got a pair of suede which I did not order. I called the contact number,, and I was promptly helped to exchange the shoes

I am familiar with your brand. I wear a size 43 European (about 12 in US). When you have shoes my size, I would appreciate your letting me know. As you know, it is hard to find my size in other Italian shoes. Thank you.
