Customer service never got back to me

Received my shoes on time but had questions about them being dead stock. Shoes were laced up and lacking the made in USA tags that all new balance 990s have. Sent an email to customer service asking if it’s possible they were tried on returns and never heard back. Would not order from this site again. Customer service calls short after the sale
