The lacing eyes are all metal and there is no exposed metal on the inside of the shoe. It is all covered up with padding, which is terrific. Also, the bottom of the shoe is very stable and it will accommodate your own insert. I usually add my own inserts and take out the factory one because they’re not very good but that’s not a negative. That’s just the way it is they’re comfortable they last long time and they’re waterproof.

I don’t have any negatives. Your location was the only place on Amazon. I should say on the Internet in general that I could find size 14. I don’t know if Timberland quit making 14s in this particular shoe because I’m not willing to accept one of her other shoes in 14s the CHOCORUA
is the only one I want.
