I was disappointed to find that Tip Top sent me the wrong sized shoe, and then did not respond to a call and an email to complain and see about getting a refund. I then looked at the website, something I should have done before purchasing, to learn that Tip Top does not send return authorizations. You are on your own. I had to spend $25 to return shoes that were sent to me in error by Tip Top. I would not repeat this exercise.
