Like I said the customer service was exceptional from the correcting my mistake on the size I ordered to the turn around time on the exchange. The shoes however were very disappointing this is my 6th pair in my life time and they have never fit so tight and small feeling and the insoles were so badly shaped I’m using my old insoles I’m really disappointed with Birkenstock this shoe had been my favorite since the 1990’s and I’ve never felt this way about a pair before. I would be interested in hearing your suggestions for a more reliable shoe maker that will have a shoe for me. Thank you again for the great service.

Nice Shoes but……

Comfortable for a while but rubbed the top of my foot to point of bleeding.
Excellent slip resistance.
Like the look.
Since they are molded plastic not sure if I can “break them in”.
