I purchased these shoes online and they were delivered within days. My daughters came into the store after Christmas to exchange them for their correct size. The staff at the Manhattan store were very helpful during this process. I would definitely purchase shoes from this store again.

I purchased this shoe before Christmas and tried to return the day after and they said it was out of the window of exchange. Worst customer service. When you’re an online company, you need to make sure you have great customer service and care. Very disappointed in this company. I finally got a reply a week later saying I could return but wouldn’t exchange. I would need to repurchase! It wasn’t what I expected in a company. Just be careful ordering online.
