My brought the shies for my son for Christmas which I got the wrong size I ordered 11 women 9.5 men which I need a 11 in men. My son tried to exchange for the right size and send that I had only 15 days from the date of purchase. How are you going to only have 15 days on a Christmas gift. When I seen nothing about that on the website when I placed my order.

Good experience. Shoe was as advertised and arrived in a timely fashion. Tip Top was easy to do business with. Shoe itself is great, pretty much like every Birk is.
